Enterprise Ireland Webworks

About Webworks

Webworks is a lifecycle office facility for technology-based companies designed to reflect the need of its tenants to grow rapidly through international trade. Flexible short term lease arrangements allow tenants to move to the appropriate size of space as business needs determine. The interior of Webworks has been designed so as to allow the maximum opportunity for networking and mutual learning. The objective is to create a busy, flexible, market focussed environment.

Webworks has been constructed on a site provided by Cork City Council at the corner of Albert Quay and Eglington St (the historic site of the former West Cork railway terminus). The building was designed by Scott Talon Walker and was constructed by John Paul Construction on behalf of Howard Holdings.

36 distinct units have been provided ranging in size from 31 square metres to 204 square metres. Four generous meeting rooms have been included along with three break out areas to create a visually stunning, comfortable and highly efficient working environment. A large light filled atrium in the centre of the building hosts the shared reception service and a coffee dock/canteen area.
